Table for Two — Online Breastfeeding Support Group

Child Passenger Safety Seat – Virtual Inspection
Thursday, Sept. 2, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
We want to make sure your child’s car seat is properly installed, and the experts of Safe Kids of the Piedmont and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System are here to help. Food for Life — A Virtual Offering
Thursday, Sept. 2, 9, 16 and 23, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
This class is only open to cancer patients who commit to attend all four sessions. Learn the benefits of whole food, plant-based nutrition. Prepared Parents: Infant Care
Designed to prepare expectant parents for their baby’s impending arrival, this class teaches routine care for a newborn. Just the Ticket: Child Car Safety Course

Diabetes Wellness Circle

Online Support Group
A monthly online support group intended to support, encourage and educate anyone living with diabetes. Each session will contain 30 minutes of education followed by 30 minutes of discussion. This two-hour class will help you get a healthy start to breastfeeding your newborn.
