Don’t miss Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System’s May events. We are pleased to be easing back to in-person events while still offering virtual options. Expectant mothers can prepare for their childbirth experience in one of our prenatal classes. Be prepared with life-saving techniques to help someone who is injured and severely bleeding. Learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of a stroke.

This two-hour class will help you get a healthy start to breastfeeding your newborn. Learn about milk production, feeding cues, latching techniques, milk storage and problem-solving tips for successful breastfeeding. This class is taught by a certified lactation consultant.
